We are offering domain analysis of your samples by magneto-optical Kerr microscopy and/or magnetic force microscopy.

• Global magnetization measurements by Vibrating Sample Magnetometry (VSM, sensitivity approx. 10^-6). Temperature range 2 K - 400 K, magnetic field up to 9 T

• Local and global measurement of magnetization loops by magneto-optical (MOKE) magnetometry. Temperature range 10 K to 800 K, magnetic field up to 1 T, simultaneous recording of domain images along the magnetization curve by wide-field Kerr microscopy

• Domain investigation by magneto-optical Kerr microscopy. Temperature range 10 K to 800 K, magnetic field up to 1 T

• Domain investigation by Magnetic Force Microscopy in perpendicular fields up to 0.5 T (at room temperature)
